@Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. @Plusnet update on my landline - not acceptable. I have a contract with @Plusnet at another property and their service is far more responsive when I’ve had issues. @VodafoneUK does anyone know if vodafone broadband is a uk based call centre? @plusnet @plusnethelp. The Down Detector outage map showed the Plusnet issues were mainly hitting customers in areas such as London, Belfast, Manchester and Glasgow.
