My doctor at my last visit mentioned possibly having to start an afternoon, once a day dose of short acting Adderall in addition to my 70mg 8am vyvanse dose. but Vyvanse is helping with keeping me awake through out the day, but that's it and I feel a decrease in energy at 70mg, 60 mg I had more.so, 70 mg has helped me have more patience to study and learn ,but not helping me leave the house, or do work outs etc. I hear people at 200 pounds or so on 30-40 mg. and having energy makes me feel like me. I don't mind waiting out vyvnanse if its a dose issue or if its just something I have to get used to.
